5、 Electrical wiring
The signal terminals are located in a separate compartment of the electrical box. When wiring, the meter cover on the wiring side can be unscrewed. The power supply is connected to the transmitter through a signal line and does not require additional wiring.
The signal line can be twisted pair. In situations with severe electromagnetic interference, it is recommended to use shielded wires and ground them properly. Do not thread the signal line through a metal tube or place it in the same cable tray as other power lines, and do not pass near strong electrical equipment.
The wiring holes on the electrical housing of the transmitter should be sealed or plugged (with sealant) to prevent moisture accumulation inside the electrical housing. If the wiring hole is not sealed, the transmitter should be installed with the wiring hole facing downwards to facilitate the drainage of liquids.
The signal line can also be floating or grounded at any point in the signal circuit, and the transmitter housing can also be grounded or ungrounded.
Because the transmitter is grounded through capacitive coupling, a megohmmeter higher than 100V cannot be used to check insulation resistance, and a voltage not exceeding 45V should be used for circuit inspection.
6、 Precautions
1. Please connect the wires correctly according to the diagram. If the connection is reversed, due to the protective measures adopted inside the transmitter, there will be no signal output. The transmitter can work when powered on, and the output signal of this product is stable and reliable.
2. This transmitter is used in media that are non corrosive to silicon and stainless steel (except for special anti-corrosion types).
3. The maximum pressure that can occur in the measured system cannot exceed the rated overload value. The back pressure end of the transmitter cannot be directly connected to conductive or corrosive liquids or gases. The air guide hole of the liquid level sealed air guide cable cannot be blocked.
4. It is strictly prohibited to insert sharp and hard objects into the pressure output hole, and the diaphragm of the flush membrane transmitter cannot be touched by hand or anything else.
5. This product is a precision primary measuring instrument. It is strictly prohibited to throw, forcefully clamp, disassemble, or poke the pressure hole with sharp metal tools.
6. Instruments should be installed in ventilated, dry, non corrosive, and shaded areas as much as possible. If the on-site environment is harsh, appropriate measures should be taken to protect the instruments.
7. If the output is abnormal, stop the machine for inspection. If it is a product quality problem, return it to our factory for repair and exchange along with the warranty repair card and user manual.
8. Non professionals are not allowed to open the instrument circuit board or modify other devices.
